Sun Direct — Deficiency of service | |
I have subscribed to Sun direct DTH service in January. Whenever I try to speak to customer service helpline, there is no response and nobody comes on telephone line. • Complaint Reference No 1-[protected]
• During October 2010 my balance came below 100; The Service Provider cut it off promptly by around 10Th of the month.
• This was not brought to my notice at all
• Through net banking I have topped up by ` 253
• I also opted for add on channel Zee Studio which is for monthly cycle @ `9.03 only
• The amount for such option was also debited by the company from my balance.
• The balance left was `183 (How?)
• All these happened on 4th November , 2010
• Even after that I do not get my channels and many of the FTA channels also not visible
• Ever since I have been repeatedly making complaints to customer help 39407575
• Till date, November 10, 2010 nothing was done to set my connection to order
I am at loss to know what to do. Nothing can explain the arrogance of the service provider
Except that it is owned by the people close to the ruling party at this state.
