[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Poor signal at rainy time

I am a new customer of sun direct DTH. While raining time i am getting an error:E48 no signal . Any solution's for this.

during rain the disply has been scrabled and i am unable to watch any chanell..so waht is the solution for it.

Sun Direct DTH — non- access of channels.

Respected sir,

It is with great helplessness that i am forwarding my complaint to consumer court .
I am a registered customer of sun direct dth service [ Rajaram.b.swarnakar ] residing at Amari bazar , Harraiya, Basti [u.p] 272135 ,my smart card no - [protected].
Despite of alraedy paid for monthly recharge subscription ,on 9/9/10 , i can't able to view any of the channels through sundirect dth satellite service. I have made several complaints to the related customer care service of the same, but of no use.
Now i am totally helpless & frustrated due to regular failed assurances of sun direct.
Please take nrcessary actions in this regard,so, to avoid any inconvenience to other
consumers.
