[Resolved]  Sun Direct — scramble

sir,
i am a subscriber for sun direct dth services. My smartcard number is [protected]R. i have purchased on 02/05/2009 from a dealer in Kohima (Nagaland). As per the initial option at the time of purchase subscription for 5months was free. No news of any change on this purchase was intimated to me. Now when i contacted the local dealer for add on packages, they say free subscription period is over. Since the free subscription period is for five months, it is valid up to 1st of october2009.
Further most of the time picture remains scrambled or blurred. i could not enjoy a filim continously because of this scrambling and blurred. it is true that local dealer from whom i purchased the dth is very sypathatic to this problems but he says it is the company to di something to rectify.
I hope you have a responsibility to provide quality service,when you charge for the services else it will be cheating the customers in the pretext of business .
Hope you will address the problems cited above at the earliest and a confirmation message is highly solicitated.

i have rechrged 300 RS at date[protected] but no channes are displayed now i ask u cc but nobody response smmothely i tell cc my colige home expaied date[protected] sun direct service but free channels are coming now i paid momey 300 nobody channels are comeing now what can i do if my account have not money cloused ur service u activation date considered the time this is not good
last 3 days i am not getting program, it will indicate scrumbled. please correct imediatly
please immidiate activate my account my smart card no. [protected]
very poor service please dont buy sun direct go to other dth service
