[Resolved]  Sun Direct — inactivation of smart card

I purchased sundirect on 1/10/09 .
My Smart card ID : [protected] R
Box No ; F [protected]
The programe scrambled displayed on tv monitor from 21/10/09
i am already locally complained, but no response yet.
this is not good for your company,(i am already cut the cable tv connection) so please consider my complaint immediatly
and give me a replay soon.

Sun Direct DTH — recharge through credit card successfully but till now smart card is working

on 10/2/10 sundirect recharged for rs 300/- thourgh online mode through credit card the transaction is successful and the trransaction no 3539499 and till now the connection is coming my smart card no [protected] please do the needful
