[Resolved] Sun Direct — Poor service from Sun Direct | |
Hi , We have been facing an issue with no signal from the past 5 days and Sun direct people ask us to contact local dealers and the local dealers put the blame on Sun Direct officials. Finally we are the ones who are getting affected. This product should be banned from providing service if they are not able to support it afterwards. This is very very bad from Sun Direct side. Moreover when we call the customer care , they just cut the call after taking down the smart card number. In such a dead-end case where do you think we as customers should go ? should we chant mantras hoping that one day we will get the signal ? or should we ask for a complete refund nd chose another service provider ? im planning to complain against sundirect in ap highcourt...they are are responding..last f1week im trying to customercare they are not responding..when we are taking connection they are at the door step foe money..but when call to customercare they will not respond ver shame on their part...please friends dont go for sundirect.they will waste our time...

WORST DTH service provider, i am very much frustrated with them, I RECOMMEND EVERYBODY, PLESE DO NOT BUY SUN DIRECT, then you will be in soup like us
