Sun Direct — Refund on cancelled add-ons

I am a subscriber of Sun Direct DTH in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh for the last 1 year. I recharged my account online and purchased some add-ons. There is an option to add add-ons in Sun Direct website, and also an option for cancellation of added add-ons. There is no help or guidelines available on the website. My grievances are,

1. When I add a new package it debits my balance, then my point is, it should credit my account on cancellation of any added package.
2. If it is not so then there should not be a link for cancellation of added package.
3. It should pop-up some message before cancelling stating 'Cancellation will not refund any amount'.

Yesterday I purchased 3 add-on packages worth Rs 65 and then I cancelled after 15 minutes thinking to add a different package which is having more channels of my choice. It got cancelled successfully but did not credit my account. When I spoke to customer care they simply said 'SORRY IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REFUND AMOUNT ON CANCELLATION'.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THERE WAS AN OPTION ON SUN DIRECT'S WEBSITE TO CANCEL ADDED PACKAGE WITHOUT ANY MESSAGE.

how i check my sundirect service validity and balance through internet connection
no toll free no.. nd very very poor response... lots of amount r waste during recharge a small amount...but very nice picture quality...
It is right..Most importantly, there is no clarity from their side about what they will do with the amount that a customer pays when the channel is offered free for a period of time
For eg, even if I took set max ala carte from march 12 alongwith 1 year recharge, I must get back the amount[Rs 20/-] as they are offering it for free with the 1 yr recharge. But they are not refunding it, neither are they giving the signal yet[as per their announcement that they will offer set max IPL for free with 1 yr recharge]. This is the most screwing part of the whole mess called as their customer care. They dont have the basic sense of keeping customers updated with periodic mails about new channels that we have subscribed/ cancelled channels.
same problem, recently i payed for 3 months recharge, but there was change in broadcast pack that i subscribed during first month. it resulted in missing of my many favourite channels. i wanted to unsubscribe to get money back but they gave the similar excuse 'its not possible, your pack is activated', neither there was option for exchanging of packs, clearly I'm at loss here without doing anything. they took away the channel that used to play at same price, and now they want me to recharge to get those
as additional channels.
