We have tried for searching signals upto 1 month, but not yet getting any solutions. So we trying to SUN DIRECT customer care number, but they did not catched our calls. What we've to do? Was this information helpful? | |

Yes. We got connection on the April 2010, Not one day passes calling them for not getting signals. It is almost 15 days and nobody cares to attend to the problem. That is why they are giving free subscription for 3 /4 months. Very poor service
