Sun Direct — Non attending to numerous complaints-On spot proof | |
My smart card No. is [protected]. I am not receiving even basic channels for the past several days. My dish has to be adjusted. In spite of repeated complaints no action is taken. I have already complained that customer service numbers are bogus and they are not in service. Here is an immediate proof of fooling customers. [protected] is the number now being telecast in the TV to be contacted for dish adjustment. I have tried and tried and become tired. "THE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED" is the reply we get. Any one can try immediately. Yes, blaming SUN DIRECT is not correct. They are clever. We are the fo...o...o...o...l...s. .! Even 1000s of 'Enthiran's can be produced by looting from innocent public. I agree with You Mr..., the same is happening to me now, better i think to go for local channels, which provide almost all of the channels, for 150rs. itself, instead of keep on callling & complaining to sun direct, OUR MONEY is getting wasted, ...
