[Resolved] Sun Direct — Steps to file a Case against Sun Direct in Consumer Court. | |
Hello Friends all over India. Below is the procedure to file a case in the consumer court for not getting the service from Sun Direct: 1. Send a formal complaint to their Helpdesk from their website if not already done. You won't get a receipt from their site neither a ticket number. 2. To overcome the above situation, please send the same complaint to their email address from your email so that you have the mail in your Sent Items folder as a proof of sending the mail to them. Print this mail to them. 3. Keep your original Invoice of Sun Direct Ready along with some photocopy. 4. Wait for a considerable amount of time (say 2 weeks), if you are not heard from the Sun Direct. Keep all their responses safe, if you receive them. (Sometimes they will give you some vague replies telling that it will take 2-3 days, etc....) Print them and put along with the above complaint's mail (Step 2). 5. Take all your documents along with you and file a case with a written application on a plain paper about your problem. 6. A notice will be served to Sun Direct and they will be given a chance to put their facts forward. 7. After hearing both the sides, THE CASE WILL BE DECIDED IN YOUR FAVOR, because they have not honored their committment of service to the customer.
