[Resolved] Sun Direct — No Signal - Not rectified even after complaining more than 20 times | |||
A nightmare with SunDirect- I am getting no signal error since 23rd August. It is not rectified even after informing them more than 20 times. Each time they are telling "some 'Tech.' people will call you" or it will be rectified within 48 hrs. Nothing happened even after repeated calls. I could talk only to Call centre persons not more than that. We could not talk to manager or above level persons. This is the working of private organisation. In contrary, in case of complaint with BSNL etc. I can talk to AE/JE/AGM/GM and the problems get solved immediately. -Ganapathi. Was this information helpful? | |||
