Sun Direct — Alignment of antena & Shifting | |||
I have lodged a request on the 22nd of October for the realignment of the antena due to Sun Direct moving to another sattelite. It si the worst experince one can go through the call centre as well as as any sensitivity to client service. I would have called atleaset 100+ times and I have still n ot received any worth while answer. I have decided now to cancle the subscribtion. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is the worst service ever had come on earth. Please dont buy sun dth .. The [censored]s do not care because they own the government.

I am also facing the same issue. The Sun Direct service is worst in realignment of the antena. I am tracing them for the past 2 months and frustrated about their serivce. Better to move to another service provider.
