[Resolved] Sun Direct — Transferring the amount | |||
Sir, I have been using Sun DTH service from 2010 and have been paying my subscription on yearly basis.(ie from Jan to Dec)including add on channels. In the month of June they have deactivated the add on channels and after making number of calls & when I did not receive proper response I had to visit their office and met the official and they have activated the add on channels there by extending the add on channels up to Dec 11. But again in the month of Nov 11 they have deactivated the add on channels (except WB)and after making en number of calls (that too STD calls) there was no response nor the add on channels were activated (their toll number was not also not easy to get) and they responded saying the the amount was taken by auto renewal till 17th Mar 2012 without my knowledge and also which I did not want. Under the circumstances, I feel it is not advisable either to pay on yearly basis or pay excess amount towards add on channels which Sun DTH is transferring the excess amount from the subscriber's account. I sincerely advise that Sun DTH users not to pay excess amount towards add on channels and lose their hard earned money and get deactivated their add on channels.
