Dear Sir,
I have compalined to sun direct, because of not received any single channel for the past 2 months. I gave the complaints many times to them, but till now they are not rectify the defect, even till now not visited my house to rectify it. We have subscribed for next 1 year pack. It was already wasted 2 months without seeing any channels. Please do the necessary action to them to rectify my complaints. I have given my complaint details for your reference.
