Past 3 months we have been suffering with this useless dth of sundirect, we have to told that technician will come and realign for the satellite issue and from 30th october 2010 till today there is no response my smartcard no is[protected] and complaint no is 1-[protected]. They are not at all responding with repeated calls and complaints , AM LOCATED AT THE HEART OF THE CITY and no one is coming to attend the problem,Worst service ever seen in my life. PLS DO NOT GO FOR SUNDIRECT DTH. BEWARE OF THESE WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS.
