[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Not able to view paid channels past 20 days. E30-4 error

I have been complaining to SUN direct customer care centre that my connections is not working for past 20 days but no one has solved yet. every time when i call cc centre different person picks up and gives false promises like it will get rectified within 2 t 3 hours,but still it has not been verified.
