[Resolved] Sun Direct — after dish adjustment - no service | |||
I am using your sundirect for the past two years. Last 5th your company representive came and realignment made in my box. After that we are not able to see any channels except Kaligar Tv and DD channels. For that I made complaint with your customer care centre and Your representive office Kovai Direct nearly 7 or 8 times. But till date no reply from your end. I am using Sun direct DTH from past 2 years. from past 2 months many of the channels are not viewable and the is an message displayed saying that dish has to be adjusted. I registered complaint with customer care for 4 time, this is only times i got the line. I am not receiving add on channels also, which i have purchased... worst service.
