Dear Sir,
Iam sorry to say that i renewed my connection on 7 th of may of rs 500 My ( Samrt Card ID is[protected] and but i could not able to watch the tv it showing error 4 108 on my tv screen and from the same i started complaining about this to your customer daily daily 4 to 5 calls per day but still there is no responce from you

up till now no engg as visisted or called us to rectify the problem i request you to take it seriously action on the above or i need to go comnsumer court for the same abut your services
