[Resolved] Sun Direct Connection DTH — Not showing all the channels for which the payment is made. | |||
I am a sun direct customer. For the past 3 months they are not showing all the channels for which the payment is made. On enquiring with the customer care they told me that they are facing satellite related problems and will shortly sent some body to re- tune the dish to correct the problem. But no body has showed up yet. So it is like I have made the payment for nothing I am not getting any channels for which I have made the payment. On top of it I able to see the updated message on my TV from sun direct that all the transmission on the particular satellite will stop shortly. That means non of the channels will be visible after it. I have informed the customer care and asked for a refund and also to sent some body to clear the problem they promised on last friday[protected] to sent somebody with in 72 hours to correct the problem.
