Sun Direct — customer care service worst

Last month i purchased new sun direct dth connection to my home. Lasy week i went to tour. My basic service was expired on 2nd april. But i rechared my dth on 3 rd night. But till i receive call to customers care message. I try to speak to customer care but not connected. But i was charged for all customer carecall. I try to toll free no. But no help. Worst service.

SUN DTH — customer care contact

there are only two numbers to contact cust care.[protected] its a toll free number. and[protected] both the numbers are always busy and some times i am getting not reachable message. no other numbers are available. if we get the line it will take more than 10 minutes to talk to the cust.care executive. and they take more than 2 hours to activate an account after getting recharged.

I am smt. Sunita Singh ,as I purchaged your sundirect dis tv but I am very disappointed and told u your customercare center does not help properly, I take sundirect dis tv from varansi U.P. and I want to reinstalation to our dist tv about this problem we call your customercare center varansi but they give me no responce as I complained last date 9-9-2010 but now this time no help by their.As I am a customer and I purchage your product by wishing that u provide me best service then other company but i am very sad to say that your service is very poor and your employee is not well communicate to customer as this type if responce given by your company then in future I will not recomended any person to bye your product , and I also change your product .So plz take serious my complain for your company's future . i[censored] think that only one person not affect your company but I think that only one peace of light to become fire .
i'm hemanth. i 'm facing problem in my dth my customer id [protected] in my tv some programmes r not coming in tht view i given a complaint to customer care, but they r not responding at all. if i call at any time they r replaying tht there is a some network problem.al wamys telling like this stories. tehy r not able to take a complaint at all do me favourable

Sun Direct DTH — No one came for upgradation/ worst Customer care

I bought the connection in Feb 2009 its been more than 1 year with the service. I am getting note regarding upgradation from last 2 months. I waited for a month for the engineer to come. i logged complain for the same 1 month ago but still my call is not attened. from last 1 month i am keep calling to customer care but they have only 1 answer ' your call wiil be attended shortly' they dont even give any time line nor forwarding the call to process. Whats the meaning to have such kind of service.

I dont know bleady Useless CEO 0f this company ,if see cheap one we have suffer lot in future and moreever most corupted from delares they ask money every visit and they will demand more .

Sir, I have Purchase a SunDirect DTH 18 Months Before but from last six months i am getting bad services regarding signals but no action is being tgaken by company. and since last 1 month my total settop box is closed and i cant see anyof the channel i have complaints to company 4 times and i cll customer care on 100 times but no action is taken so i have decided to close my connection so please help me top refund me my money...........
and one more thing Sundirect Is the worst Company In this world in DTH Services........

Dont go for new connection with sun direct
i am using sun dth service for the last six months. for the last one week i am getting error while viewing. i am able to very few channels. due to signal errors i am not able to view most of the channels. i am getting error E-48 No Signal or some times Searching for signal. i have complaining the same to customer care service ever since i have got this error. till now that has not been resolved. every time i complain, the reply was that the same will be rectified in another 24 hours or 48 hours. so far neither a person has come, nor problem has been rectified.

Sun Direct — useless service

i am not getting some channels since 10 days and I made complaint regarding this to customer care two times (com.nos: 1-[protected], [protected]. But till now any useless sun direct staff contacted me. I never expected this kind o[censored]seless, irresponsible service from sun direct.

I am totally disappointment from sun direct activities. When ever I make phone call to customer care the customer care boys are ready to register my complaint again and again and ready to give complaint numbers only no response about pervious complaint status.

All are useless, sun direct wants to sell only their product later simply cheating customer if any problem from there product.

I HAD TAKEN SUN DTH CONNECTION TWO YEARS BACK. SUN DTH IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FOR LAST ONE MONTH. AFTER MANY COMPLAINTS AT CALL CENTRE SINCE LAST SEVEN DAYS. PROBLEM IS STILL SAME. MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AMT HAS ALREADY BEEN DIDUCTED BY THE COMPANY.

SUN-DIRECT DTH — Worst service

Hi,

Recently I bought new Sun Direct DTH Connection. I had ordered for a connection on Last saturday 21/04/2012 then they came and Installed on 24/04/2012. Today the date is 26/04/2012 but still the activation is not done.

Often a person calling from sun direct and asking check channel 102 and said its due to server problem and will be activated soon. I don't know why.

That person who came for installation didn't collect money that time. Cleverly he said amount is not a matter for him only channel activation and customer service is main and said he will collect money once channel is activated.

I just called and ask them to come and take their dish and accessories back.
DONT GO FOR SUN DIRECT DTH.
