Dear sir, I use sun direct.My smart card id is [protected]. There is" E-50-32 no service is available" always on tv screen comes.I called to sundirect customer care they said restore the factory settings but after doing this unable to view the channels.there is some signalling problem.there is always poor signal strength.I tried to contact the distributor seevision sector-7 Dwarka many times by phone on [protected], they always said that technician will come and he would change the direction of the disk.No one came from Sun Direct. kindly do the needful. kuldeep singh [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

COMPLAINT NO. 1-[protected].
I HAVE LODGE A COMPLAINT ABOUT NO SIGNAL (ERROR CODE E48-32 ERROR) IN MY SUN DIRECT ON[protected] AT 10 AM.
BUT TILL THIS TIME NO SERVICE MEN CAME TO REPAIR THE FAULT..
SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT YOUR SERVICE CENTRE IS SO BAD AS EVERY TIME WE HAVE TO WAIT LONG TIME FOR TO RECTIFY THE FAULT DESPITE BEING SAID BY UR CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE THAT THE SERVICE MEN WILL VISIT WITHIN 24HRS, IT HAS NEVER HAPPEND..KINDLY HELP.
