[Resolved]  Sun Direct — SUN DIRECT complaint number is 1-[protected] and my smart card number is [protected]

My Complaint seems to be as simple as it is that i am not able to view channels. I dont understand why I am paying subscription for not viewing anything except the E 50-32 No services Available.

Well i actually dont remember when i got my first problem in 2010 where i have requested Customer Care to resolve they did not do it and eventually my subscription was lapsed. I repeatedly asked them and recharged for one month basic plan, as per their conditional request that my issue would be resolved once i pay their subscription and get activated. Nothing was done and finally i gave up.

Until some where in march 2011 where they have asked me again one fortnight with pleasing customer care executive / sales person over phone who out of the world with best of their flattered commitments to resolve once I recharge and get my activation done. They offered me with TELUGU pack which lured me further and thought SUNDIRECT must have really picked up their service level. I was foxed and got my 6 months recharged so that my MOM and family members will have un interrupted entertainment during my absence of Business tours.

Thus the problem starts again no one has attended and since then it was IDLE. Now as on date 22-23rd October when my family insisted that they are willing to watch ANDHRA (Telugu) movies and entertainment i requested the CUSTOMER CARE again if any one could bother to re install everything and i would subscribe upon commitment and issue resolved. It was then the CUstomer Care said they will resolve the issue by sending some person as the ISSUE is admitted by Customer Care that they are seeing from the records that 8th March 2011 onwards i was not able to view just because of Some Satellite issue. And this can be resolved only upon a technician is here at site and reinstall for this they would charge me Rs.150/- and the same person will show us the channels by recharging in front o[censored]s.

24th passed away no one was there... i called up CustomerCare they said some one was already there at our house and have fixed the problem. I was really shocked with this information i asked for clarification and asked him to provide the details of the person. I called up that person and got interesting information, while Customer Care person was on Conference that THE DISTRIBUTOR " HARI AND SONS " HAD LEFT BUSINESS WITH SUNDIRECT SINCE 1 MONTH. AND HE SUGGESTED A NEW DISTRIBUTOR UPPON CUSTOMER CARE request that DAVID SON or some named company is servicing this part of the region in ROOP NAGAR, Delhi. Then i was really furious and asked customer care that to escalate this issue to senior as sundirect giving wrong information to customers even withput attending the complaint they write off the complaint and close the ticket just the way they have done in past tome. Then the senior came online and promised with his wonderfull approach that he will resolve this issue for me at any cost.

25th Passed away again called 2 -3 times requesting DIWALI is here and family is expecting some entertainment as relatives are here at home. Finally call was there from some one and he fixed something and said major part is done. But unfortunately he we did not have the Adapter with us and requested if he has new one but refused that time and said he would check with his instrument and checked and confirmed that every issue is resolved and we may recharge the coupon to get the channels activated. Well to my surprise he does not have one and asked us to pay online and just went off from home by promising that he would come in morning 11 AM and give us the new adapter. He came other day gave us new adapter and taken Rs 100 for new adapter and Rs.150/- for re-installation charges and said his work is done. He convinced us that it would take some time to get activated as the subscription was done in morning.

Well on 26th nothing happened even after 2 hours. we have been calling constantly to the technician ( who never picked calls from there on) and Customer Care and have given us every time we call with 2 hrs of spare more time. Whole evening passed away and in evening again i called and was connected to Senior. He promised in 24 hrs and nothing done.

27th passed away again made calls and got to another senior named Mr.Vinod ( i suppose a Proxy name). He promsied again that it will be fixed and send someone again. I have also been calling the local person also who attended also not taking calls.

Well now on 28th monring i got a call from[protected] who says he from different distributor and wants again Rs 150/- for checking other wise he asked me to call the same person who attended. Well How many times should i be calling ? Earlier technician does not take calls and new person again asking for money. Even if ipay will my issue be resolved?????

I called up now recently and had heated argument saying what is this all nonsense and expressed my displeasure. They are just having fun and laughing at my helplessness and one exceutive from background saying that i have gone mad???? Now that i have again expressed my disconcern she again escalated another complaint number. I dont know even now which is my recent one and how many tickets i have. I am giving here one of my number which is latest if any one hear my concern and like to resolve from SUNDIRECT end please do something or else i will compelled to take a legal action. No matter what ever the loss of time and cost. I have been really upset with the mental torture from my family and the SUNDIRECT services and left with no option to try my luck to put in notice to every one who watches my issue and bring in notice to higher officials in SUNDIRECT.

Continued IRRESPONSIBILITY!!!

Today i called up again after to my continued issue reported as per reference complaint number 1-[protected] on 28th October 2011. I have informed your company customer care that no one has attented my issue and let me know what is the progress even after repeated followups by phone and as well as email. I could get another date is next 24 hrs by another senior named Mr.Sanjay Bisht, so called senior commits again, yet another fake promise that issue will be resolved, further corresponded with another ticket number 1-[protected] on 30th October 2011 . But only thing i could here from a person / technician calling me and asking what is the issue. After explaining him the complete issue he says he cannot attend this call as the earlier person is from another distributor and slapped on me in phone saying he cannot help do what ever you want by contacting Sun Direct and he cannot come and resolve the issue.

Well what is this nonsense going on but one thing is for sure i am not going to just leave this irresponsible act from SUN DIRECT where there is no escalation to my problem in any ways i just land up in waiting for the given time and date from the customer care and wait till i find another date being given with yet another complaint number been awarded.
