Sun Direct — WRONG ACTIVATION
I HAVE TAKEN A SUN DIRECT CONNECTION THROUGH M/s RAMTRONIX, 1-26-26, BAPUJINAGAR, CORSS ROAD, BOWENPALLY, SECUNDERABAD ON 31/7/2009. I HAVE OPTED THE SHINE PACK(HINDI POACK) FOR THE SEVEN MONTHS. MY SMART CARD NO IS [protected].BUT, AS THEY HAVE ACTIVATED MY SMART CARD FOR TELUGU PACK ON 31/7/2009. I HAVE CONTACTED THE DEALER AS WELL AS CUSTOMER CARE SINCE 01/08/2009. CUSTOMER CARE HAVE GIVEN ME THE COMPLAIN NO AS [protected] ON 05/08/2009.
I HAVE ALREADY SPEND RS. 500 ON TELEPHONE.
PLEASE SEE THAT THE MATER CLOSED AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE OR GO REFUND OF MONEY DEPOSITED (Rs. 2175) PLUS COMPENSATION OF Rs. 1000.00

I have a sun direct connection i recharged the card for the sport channel to install to my connection but i did that but i tried to call the callcentre to no body is responding please do the needful or else we rare planing to shift to author connection.
