[Resolved] Sun Direct — No Signal for past 4 days. No help | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a Sun Direct customer since June 2009. However since the past couple of months, it has been a regular practice with Sun Direct that there are no signal. They customer service is a horrific experience. When I call their customer service number, there is harrasment by asking repeated questions and no sign of getting the issue resolved. Most of the time, they put the call on hold for 10- 15mins and eventually disconnect the call. When I demand a complaint to be sent to their senior folks, they do not given any contact details and hang up the phone. I have paid the fee for the next one year and Sun is not willing to return back my money if I disconnect. Kindly advice what action can I take against them. After trying to these unavailable numbers and I called back to the dealers to report this. They said, If you pay Rupees 250, We will arrange seperate technicians to do this. And we are not the responsible persons for providing unavailable numbers.
Finally, it's very clear that they are playing among themself to get 250 rupees. But sun direct is still claiming that this is completely free.
