[Resolved] Sun Direct — SERVICE & FRAUD | |||
Dear All, IF YOU ARE GENTLE PERSON THEN First of all i am telling do not purchase SUN DIRECT. Because i am telling the full reason. my rechrge has Expire on 01 Oct 2010 (it means up to midnight i will see the channels) but the service has disconnected 30 Sep 2010.. before 24 hours. then i recharge Rs.655 on 01/10/2010 and i had already my balance Rs.87.05. then i talk to customer care for recharge, they told me the cash is not yet come to Sun direct account. i asked to, when the amount will getting by sun direct the package will automatically activated? She told to me NO.. after that you can call customer Care or activate through internet. then its ok. after five days it was credited to sun direct they were activated (Automatic...???) for one month. again i called the customer care they told me it was automattically activated we can't to anything... WHERE THE AMOUNT IS ABLE TO ACTIVATE SIX MONTHS + 15 DAYS FREE, I GOT ONE MONTH ACTIVATION. NOW THEY ARE TOLD ME AGAIN YOU RECHARGE FOR SOME AMOUNTS THEN TELL THE CUSTOMER CARE WE WILL ACTIVATE THE SAME...????? MY SECOND PROBLEM IS FOR RE-ALIGNMENT OF DISK...I was register the same for last (more than) one month nobody can take action for the same. And i am getting more problem for watching the channels. some time it is working and some time service error. in between the recharge cost is going waste... THE FINAL ACTION IS : DO NOT PURCHASE THE SUN DIRECT.... AND DO NOT GET LIFE TIME HEADACHE OR TORCHER... Was this information helpful? | |||
