Hi , My name is sreenivas having SUN direct HD subscription and my smart card is [protected]. My HD set top box is not working. SO i have called SUN DTH HD customer care and given thee complaint on 24the Oct 2011. On 25the thee dealer or distributor taken my HD set top box and not returned yet. dealer or distributor number is [protected]. The set top box is non responsive (only a blue screen is displayed) and further attempts to solve the problem with the service personnel have not been appreciated and no service personnel have come to rectify the problem. This has been the case for a week.
