Sun Direct HD — horrible service | |||
I have shifted my residence and contacted sun dth hd care to depute a technician to refix the dish. Despite repeated calls, the service technician siva[protected] obtained from sun customer care, is not picking up the phone. If they can't do proper service, I don't know why they are in the market. I also facing same problem. very poor services of sun direct.my sun dth card no is [protected]. and after shifted at new satelite my sun dth is not working from december 2010. about 40 complaints no action is taken till now.
