[Resolved] Sun Direct — channel problem. | |||
I bought sun direct DTH in the month of April 2010 and it was told that we will get 130 channels free of cost for 6 months, initially for period of 1 and half month it was there as said. Later on slowly all hindi channels which are of free got disconnected and now i am getting less than 100 channels. I logged complaint with the dealer and with the sun direct service people three times. No one turned up and now they are telling me to recharge my service as it is getting expired this month on 19 oct 2010. My question is why i should recharge my card when i didnt get any service from them since 4 months. Its a cheating with the customers. I ssugest my friends not to buy this service. These people are cheating the customers. I need my money back. Please tell me how should i proceed to get it. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had complaint No.1-[protected] on 04.11.2010, at around 8.30 am. they replied it will be rectified with in 24 hours. Still complaint is not rectified - 06.11.2010 8.40 pm.
