[Resolved] Sun Direct — Sun Direct dish reset | |||
I have been a customer of Sun Direct with Smart Card No. [protected] for the last two years. Recently, Sun Direct changed their satellite for which our DTH should be realigned. They said Sun Direct Officials will visit our house and align the dish if I register with Sun direct Head office, Somajiguda. I registered with the customer care office at least two dozen times since October, 2010 onwards. The Last complaint register Number H4 40343 is given to me. After registration and an assurance which they give us within 24 hours rectify the complaint. So far no person has tern up to my house.
