Sun Direct — Dish Realignment | |||
I am facing problem with SUN direct(card no. [protected]) that not getting any channels because realignment was not done by SUN direct. I have called them more than 20 times and sent more than 10 emails but no response at all. its been more than 3 months still customer care says that they will come and do the realignment of the dish and sometime there is no proper response for our question. they should stop providing service if they cant meet their customer's expectation. THESE ARE FOOLING ME FROM MANY DAYS ON THE SAME THING AND NO HAS TURNED TO ME FOR SETTING IT UP, FROM MANY DAYS I AM NOT GETTING MY CHANNELS AND I HAVE MORE COMPLAINTS GIVEN TO SUN DIRECT BUT NONE OF THE COMPLAINTS ARE CLOSED STILL TODAY.
