Description:Service request no 1-[protected] Request for re-installation from HSR Layout to JP Nagar made on 2nd JUNE 2013 has not been complied with still. I was informed that by the close of the day on 4 th this will be done, but nothing has happened so far, nor any communication from SUNDIRECT? Tell me whether your field staff are aware of the request and TELL ME WHEN and at what time this will be attended to?????? If you cannot attend to this confirm now..???
