[Resolved]  Sun Direct — RENEWAL ISSUE

Dear Sir,

I am having a Sun DTH connection vide Smart Card No.[protected] (DT Code 1825575) with Hindi Package and additional malayalam channels. I was getting around 10-12 Malayalam Channels till last 2 months. After that only 4 Malayalam channels were getting and I was out of stations, after return to Delhi I had talked to them and they informed that in the present pacakge the Malayalam channels are not available therefore I had renewed my subscription by paying Rs.850.00 on 08.10.2010 and requested them to activate the Malayalam Channel.

But till date the Channels are not being activated by them. Thereafter I had contacted them numberous of times and they take only the complaints but no action has been done so far. The complaint No.[protected],[protected] is still pending with them. Every time I call them I get a new complaint number with a conifmration that it will be rectified withi 24 hours but no action was taken till now. More than 07 days have completed after the recharging of my account and I am unable to view any of the channels.

I need to sort out this issue and should get the compensation for the delay along with the extension of validity till this matter is sorted out.

My Sun DTH connection vide Smart Card No.[protected] R), I had renewed the same subscription for 1 year by paying Rs.1, 600.00 on 15.07.13. When i saw my sundirect account, the billing cycle shows monthly. I lodged a complaint through phone on 23.07.13. I received a message that your complaint no.1-[protected] and WRONG VALIDITY will be assigned to our engineer, will be attended shortly.

But today also the same billing cycle. LET ME KNOW, WHEN THIS COMPLAINT IS GOING TO BE ATTENDED. AFTER THE BALANCE IS NILL.

I NEED THE ABOVE ISSUE TO BE SOLVED OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
