the company has changed its sattelite and has not re alligned the dish thereby dislocating service,. in spite of repeated trails could not reach the company thro phone since no one is responding.the connection no is [protected]. we complained vide no[protected]. we are provided with a contact no[protected] naming the contact person as Mr Srinivas. the notice appearing on the TV Screen directs us to contact[protected]. no one responds on this number
