Sun Direct — Calling Sun direct for 60 days for a minor problem! Still no response. Very poor customer service

I am a resident of Talakatpura, Bangalore. I have a minor dish adjustment and software updation problem that Sun direct is nor resolving for the past 60 days!!! i am highly unsatisfied.

I have called them 21 times.. every time customer care gives false promises but nothing happens.
This is the worst customer care i have ever faced.

I urge sun direct to resolve this issue.
