My name is Anila.I have taken a Sundiret connection on Jully -2009
in my mother's Name [Padmini] for one year subscription.The smart card no is [protected] for the past two weeks .I coud not recive any singal and getting error messagesonly[E16] . I have been rining the customer service for the past two weeks .The number is([protected] )
This is our nearest customer servicer number.But now he did not responds.At the time of purchaseing the sundiret he agree to me one year subscription .Then am give him 2,250 rs .I have made more than 50 calls . Till now no response.He do not send any service technicians.
Could you please call the delar and take the action.

My name is KRV Reddy. I have taken a Sundiret connection on Sep 2008 in the name of KRV Reddy for ten months subscription.The smart card no is [protected]R for the past two weeks. I coud not receive any channel and getting error messages only [E16-4 Service is currently scrabled]. I have been rining the customer service for the past two weeks. Compliants Nos SR#[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[prot...⇄ and[protected]. These are my complaints against my problems. But, problem not shortout by customer care of sundirect till date from 08 Jun 2010.
Our nearest customer servicer number is[protected] and sun direct dealer Mobile No [protected]. Could you please give the orders and take necessary action.
