Hi I am Rajkumar Baghmar from kishangarh ajmer Raj . My Sun Direct dish has not been realigned for the past 15 days.I have made repeated complaints to the customer care and also mailed my problem to sun direct, but all in vain there has been no response and no technician has come to my house.I am paying for the connection for the past three months but i am not getting any of the channel.
my final say : WORST SATT DISH COMPANY ON THIS EARTH. very poor customer satisfaction.no action taken by customer care

Sun DTH never bothers about their customers, they just what to show numbers.All this stunts are for converting their huge black money to white. So they are not bothered about customers leaving.They will say "" we have moved to new satellite and your dish need to be returned to the new satellite" Distributor of dealer will do this at free of cost" But in reality NO ONE will never come to fix your Dish .
