[Resolved] Sun Direct — Grievance From A Customer | |||
Dear Consumer Forum Team, This is to register my 3rd complaint in 7 months after taking sun DTH connection (Last Complaint no Complaint ID: ICF13375). There have been no attempt to help the customer from SUN DTH team. My complaint of box getting switched off automatically was registered with call centre on 5th Oct'11 1:08 PM. Call was attended by one Yogalakshmi and confirmed that a complaint is registered and technician will solve the problem in 48 hrs. Although the agent did not provide any complaint number, we were satisfied with overall response. Then the sun DTH team did not create any change in their service pattern as i got call yesterday morning and gave one number to contact technician. i called that number and from their they gave 2 numbers, one of which [protected] never bothered to pick the call. Then i tried Mr Selvam ([protected]) who never seemed to know to talk to a customer. When i informed about my previous complaints, his tone changed a bit to help the customer. He assured that the technician will come before 6th end of the day or today morning. Today i called him again and then he informed that box needs to be serviced and if they come and take the box it will cost me Rs 350/- and will take one week for resolution. Or else i need to take the box to Saidapet where service will be free and i will get device in 1 hr. Am really disappointed with the response and when informed about escalating the issue he informed that it will be free of cost and will resolve issue in 4 to 5 days. Also he is telling that he will not be able to help if callcentre is not forwarding complaints to them and for issue resolution am supposed to call technicians directly (Actually i called technician Moorthy Rao who solved my previous issue directly but did not respond to my calls).
