We are the existing customer for your services since last 1.50 year. presently your services is not fully satisfactory because of satellite problem. we contacted to your customer care center repetitively they assure that we sent our engineer for realignment within 24 hour but till date no any solution is provided. we are suffering from last 2 months but no any action is taken from your end. we request you to correct our services immediately

We are also calling them for one month for satellite alignment problem
No response till date...
