[Resolved] Sun Direct — Free service of channels after Yearly recharge | |||
As seen on TV advertisement, recharged my SUN Direct DTH service for one year using the recharge card, but I have not got the free cricket channels as promised. Whenever I call the customer team, they are saying that as usual your monthly amount was cut from the recharge amount, so we can not provide, some say we will provide within 2 days and give complaint number, but nobody can find the resolution of complaints. This is the same problem faced one year back in March 2010 also. When I asked same about 2010 complaint, the customer team guy said that they didnt offer any free service in 2010, but hope everybody remember that in 2010, they offered free IPL for every one year recharge. Still the complaints raised in 2010 and 2011, all are open. This is a more disgusting and horrible service from the company. Was this information helpful? | |||
