[Resolved]  Sun Direct — activation

SMART Card No.[protected] activation pending since last 3 days. Unable to get assistance from customer care at Kolkata. No person is accessible on dialling the Toll free No.[protected] except IVRS announcement. The coustomer care representative informed on 17.7.2010 to contact in the evening hours of 18.7.10, but on contacting at 18.30 hours it was replied to contact kolkata customer care. Rs.655.00 was paid vide Payment ID:9378564 towards telugu recharge of 6 months duration. The kolkata centre unget, the Chennai person will say that it is not ourjurisdiction even though for simple activation that when there is balance in the card.
