I HAVE RECHERCHÉ MY ACCOUNT DATE OF 10 FEB FOR THREE MONTH BUT I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY 2 MONTHS VALIDITY, & I CALL OUR SUN DIRECT CALL CENTER MANY TIMES THEY ARE NOT REPLAY ME , TODAY I HAD CALL THE CALL CENTER THAN THEY REPLY ME THEY HAVE DEDUCT MY 120 RS , THEY ARE TOLD ME BECOUSE OF I HAVE TRANSFER MY CHANNEL HINDI TO MARATHI & MARATHI TO HINDI BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CHANGES FROM SUN DIRECT SO, WHY HE DEDUCT MY AMT, I HAVE GIVE HIM MY 3 CONTACT NO BUT NO ONE REPLY ME FOR THAT EVERY TIME JUT HE SAY I CALL YOU BACK BUT NO ONE ME CALL , I REQUEST YOU WANT REFUND MY AMT PALS DO THE NEEDFUL Was this information helpful? | |||

our problem is, there will be no signal if there is any wind outside and if there is any rain.
so, it is a very bad network.
Every time we want to take the card out and then we r getting the channels.
we are usually needed to scan for getting the signal.
The one which we get with out any problem was the 'info channel' provided as the ad. by the company.
i want my money back.
