Sun Direct — Poor signal | |||
Hi, I am an Army man. My smart card No. is [protected]R. I am a sun direct customer for last more than two years. But I am sick of poorest service by customer care as well as by the distributor or technician sending agency. I made a complaint with customer care on 12/13 Nov 2011 for poor/no signal, the customer care executive informed that this is to be rectified by the distributor. I made complaint to the distributor on tele no. [protected] vide complaint serial number 499 dt 14.11.2011 and was assured to send the technician Repeated the complaint on 16 Nov, 17 Nov, 25 Nov, 28 Nov and 30 Nov 2011, I am sorry to inform the authorities concerned that no one came to resolve the issue. My request is just take away the useless box & dish paying me the cost thereof. My present validity is upto 10 Dec 2011. I don,t want to continue with the sun direct further. Sun direct services and the dealers/distributors as such should be black listed and dealt with severely. I am fed up a lot with these useless people. Earlier I Have mention this complaint to you, but the result the same. I am trying so many times your service personal but the result is very poor
