[Resolved] Sun Direct — No resolution for 3 months | |||
Hi, I had registered a complaint with sun direct call centre on voice not audible in set up box. Engineer visited my location after 3 days and said that set up box needs to be changed and hence i need to pay service charge Rs 150/- and set up box charge 300/-. There was a delay for technical visit and once visited technician informed family members that issue is resolved (Even after communicating from my side on phone that issue not yet resolved) and went collecting service charge without resolution. This was informed to Mr Moorthyrao (contact No: [protected]) very next day and he informed that a person will be sent. Now its almost 3 months and no one has visited for issue resolution. This was communicated repeatedly to Mr Moorthy Rao. Expecting resolution for my issue as well as refund for charges taken in last 2 months. My details are given below for your reference.
