[Resolved] Sun Direct — no response for online recharge | |||
body poor customer service, i have done online recharge on 22.11.11 for rs 200 two times , totally for Rs 400 as debited in my account 22842 at iob , ongole branch , with card no [protected], i have received , message that account as debited Rs 400 with vid ref no 505359 and 504995 and credited to sun direct dth private i have called customer care and informed reguarding happed on 23.11.11 they have told that it will be recharged with in 24 hrs today i have called customer care at 1.05 pm . they have told only 24 hrs wait for few days dont be hurry. without any information they have cut the line smart card no : [protected] thanking you dr d yuvaraj Was this information helpful? | |||

I HAVE RECHARGED MY SUN DTH THROUGH ONLINE ON 21.05.2012 AN AMOUNT OF RS.200/- BUT THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN CHARGED, IF NOT RECHARGED THE AMOUNT MAY PLEASE BE REFUNDED IN MY ACCOUNT
