[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Recharge not updated in My account

I had the due date 10th October 2013 to recharge my SUN DTH account. To avoid disconnection I had recharged my account through the portal www.sundirect.in on 7th October 2013 at 8:28pm in my Smart card[protected] through netbanking redirected by Citrus payment gateway.Transaction ID : [protected]. As the recharge was not updated in my account I had logged a complaint at the Sun Direct customer care (Ref : 1-[protected]).But till the hour no resolution on the same from them. Kindly guide me for the resolution Regards, Rakesh Tandel.
