[Resolved]  Sun Direct Satellite Connection — Irresponsible attitude towards the clients who have spent thousands for their service

Its ridiculous to state that the sun direct people are the most irresponsible one I have ever seen. No sub dealers have any information regarding what will happen next and by what time. Toll free numbers are freezed and ordinary people who have spend thousands has to wait for their words regarding what is about to happen.
I have never seen such an irresponsible network provider anywhere in the world.
