[Resolved] Sun Direct — No Services | |||
Dear Sir, I am using Sundirect connection with Smart card number is[protected], Name: venkatesh Number : [protected] i had raised a complaint on 24th of Oct 2010 saying that iam not getting few channels one of the customer care executive told me that she had taken the complaint for the same wait for 72 hrs, i have waited for 1 week again called to Customer care on 31st Oct 2010 (call 1) when i aksed the status a lady told me that there is no such complaint is raised when i asked her to transferr the call to TL she told that no TL will be avilable and disconnected the call, (call 2) even she said that there is no complaint is raised when i asked her to transfer the call she told me that ther is no TL available later i asked her to give the mobile number of TL she is given some wrong contact number when i call to that number some body form Annanthpure answered the call and said that it is a wrong number and disconencted the call. (Call 3) when i had called customer care a guy picked the call he appologised for what ever is happend and promissed me that issue will be resolved by 1st Nov evening. issue was not resolved, so again called customer care on 6th Of Nov 2010. Some body answered the and when i have explained every thing she told me that she is taking another complaint on the same i aked her to transferr the call she transferred to Senior CCE Sureaseh, he said that the issue will be resolved at any cost by 6th Nov Evining. but issue is still not resolved i got fed up with this servies and i dont left any other opions other than approcing consumer form, So iam raisning this complaint. when i spoke to my distributor regarding the problem of channels being unavailabe...he told me that he himself was a sufferer with sun dth as he has not got his commission for last 2 yrs from sun direct. HE advised me to shift to a better service provider n to let go the money with sun direct as a charity or he would charge Rs 500/- to adjust the Dish.Surprising to know that such providers still claims false advertisements. I have registered a lot of complaints but unfortunately the customer service executive are unable to speak proper English, they tell me that no salary has been recieved by the Customer service Executive. I dont understand Why Sun Direct has to hit on the stomach of their Executives.
I have had problems with my Sun Direct DTH from the last 2months.
I request all to kindly shift to another professional provider rather than wasting our time and money on phone call. I have told all my friends to shift from Sun Direct to other providers.
