PLS RECHARGE UR AACCOUNT AFTER THEN U CALL CUSTOMER CARE TO CHANGE THE CHANNEL PACKED...... AS PER I RECHARGE IMMEDIATE MY ACCOUNT BY RS. 400/-..... THAN I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE & HE SAID TO ME .... YOUR ACCOUNT SHOULD BE RENEWED ..... THAN I SAID CUSTER CARE I CALL U AND SAID I WANT CHANGED MY PACKED & ALSO WANT 3 ADD ON CHANNELS ALSO ... THAN HE SAID I WAIT FOR 48 HOURS & REGISTER MY COMPLAINT (COMPLAINT NO 1-[protected]) & SAID TO ME AFTER 48 HOURS I WILL CHANGED YOUR CHANNEL PACKED.... BUT HE IS NOT CHANGED TILL 25TH FEB 2011 .... I REGISTER AGAIN MY COMPLAINT (1-[protected]) BUT NOW THEY ARE ONLY SAID SORRY & SAID STILL WAITING ,YOUR PACKED HAS BEEN CHANGED AFTER 48 HOURS , AFTER 24 HOURS ... ETC BUT IT IS NOT CHANGED TILL TODAY. MY SUNDIRECT DTH NO IS [protected]R CONTACT NO IS [protected] REGISTER NAME IN SUNDIRECT - RAJKUMAR GURJAR PLEASE GIVE TRUE DECISION .
