I am a customer of sun direct smart card number-[protected] i had been giving complaints from 45days for dish alignment (i am not getting most of the channels)about re-alignment but there was no response and also they are ducting monthly charges of 110/-with out providing any service.They shd feel shame to do this.I am strongly recomndeing that ple don't go for blady SUNDIRECT.

I am working in Bank but i treat the customers are king and do the
service according to their needs. But how u r treating the customers?
You are not responding for phone calls also. Means what i dont have
any work or what. Otherwise i am asking your service free of cost or
what? Plz keep in mind i am paid customer.
My patience was lost. So within two days u wont do the service, then i
will lodge comlaint in Consumer Court. Then there is no problem of
asking u again and again.
I can get my amount easily.
