[Resolved] Sun Direct — Dish should be realigned to new satellite | |||
Card No.[protected] I have taken SunDirect DTH connection in the month of August 2010 from Agari Enterprises Surathkal, Mangalore. From last 2 months it displays the message to change the alignment of the dish. I told the supplier and complained in the customer care. Daily i am calling these people and they are assuring me that within 24 hours it get it done. Bust from last 2 months no body corrected the problem. In TV, paper and other media they are giving lost of advertisements to take SunDirect DTH connection. But if there is any problem they are not giving service. Cost is not important service is important. If they can provide the service why they have to sell the product. Because of them I could not see the TV for last 2 months. Will they extend the expire date. If not we are paid for not using their facilities. Please provide good serive at time and sell the product. Was this information helpful? | |||

The same problem for me too... The worst service i ever had in life time... i spoke to them and launched a complaint for more than 16 times still no body turned up... What is the next Solution? Should we switch over to some other DTH service... Those who respect the customers...???
