This is with utmost distress and unsatisfaction am writing to you regarding your poor customer service which I have experienced in the last four days. There was verbal commitment from your customer care executives that I will retain my sun direct connection in 48 hrs from the date of compalining, this is the fourth day but forget about connection there is no verification from the cusromer care that we have received back our connection or not.
I have purchased my Sun direct hardware from Goodwill electronics shop in bhopal and SIM card no. is [protected] R subscribed 1 yr connection w.e.f 29/12/2011 for which I paid Rs.1840/- but my connection is disconnected within four months, moreover I did spent morethan Rs. 50/- while talking to your useless customer care dept.
Request you to take immediate action and provide proper solution within 24 hrs otherwise we will move to consumer court.
